Online Tests & Assessment FAQs
What tests are required as part of the program?
Students who are enrolled in Colorado Preparatory Academy (CPA) are required to take the following tests:
- K12 lesson assessments
- K12 unit assessments
- TCAP (Traditional Colorado Assessment Program, grades 3–10)
- ACT (grade 11)
- Math and literacy benchmark testing
- Response to Intervention assessment (as determined by individual needs)
- CELA (Colorado English Language Assessment, as determined by individual needs)
Do I have to participate in state testing?
Families enrolling at CPA must be willing to participate in all required areas of the program.
